I was inspired to paint this image of Jesus. I used a flesh tone, which usually seems a little to much on the orange side, actually worked out. It almost seems to bring his eyes out beautifully in this painting. I will miss this one. It sat next to my desk until the person I painted it for finally revealed them self. I find myself doing this a lot with painting portraits of saints and they wait until needed.  This portrait went to a very special person I hope you enjoy it.
